Woohoooo!! Well we’re a month into this New Year and I have to say, it’s been pretty great so far. I’m not really one for New Years resolutions... I mean, I usually do the cliché eating healthy and working out ones that I ruin in the first day of the year, then the second, then the third and so on. However I do have one that has actually done me really well over the past couple of years that again, I am implementing.
Get out of your comfort zone
This bad boy has literally taken me across the other side of the world, up mountains, down the Colorado River, and is now about to take me over 5000km up the coast of Australia (I do have indoors fears too, I promise). I’m still yet to get over my fear of driving manual cars (yes, I can technically do it, I just can’t get comfortable with it), but hey, no-ones perfect. I’ll have another crack this year. What’s so great about this particular resolution, is that it’s an easy one to do on a whim. And
What I have loved in the few short weeks of this year, has been reading everyone’s New Years resolutions that have been posted online. A lot of them are nothing short of inspiring. The problem seems to be that they’re only inspiring for the first two weeks of the year and then they slip by the wayside! So what I want to do is to bring them back to life for the start of February too!
What are some of the resolutions that you guys have seen so far that really stick out (or that you've put out there yourself)? Any that you’d want to steal for yourselves or promote to others? If so, pass them this way because I can never have too many resolution suggestions to read!
Also a resolution: stop procrastinating…
I can see how this might be contradictory. So send them through!
