So many people have been touched by depression in one way or another, whether it be directly, or indirectly through friends, family or colleagues. We want to change the stigma surrounding depression; by making talking and seeking help an easier process and showing the world it's ok to not be ok. But we cannot achieve our goals alone. Find out how you can help.
